Cancellation Notification Policy:

  • Should an activity or event have to be cancelled due to inclement weather, community members will be notified of the cancellation by calling the 24/7 Cancellation Hotline at 414-297-9008. If the weather is questionable, contact the Cancellation Hotline prior to leaving your house for the most up to date weather announcement. Payments will be credited or refunded when warranted. Registered participants will not receive an individual phone call for weather related cancellations.
  • For all other unexpected cancellations, registered participants will receive an email and push notification through the Greenfield Parks & Recreation app for programs canceled more than 24-hours prior to the program start time. To receive push notifications, registered participants must be logged into the Greenfield Parks & Recreation app on their phone and have notifications turned on. Registered participants will receive a phone call only for cancellations made within 24-hours of the program start time.
